At PistacYO, we take pistachio spreads way too seriously - so you don’t have to.

It all started in our tiny kitchen with a food processor, a stash of premium pistachios, and with a simple question:

Why does pistachio-flavored anything barely taste like pistachios?

So we decided to change that.

We’re based in Boulder, Colorado - yeah, the same town that brought the world Justin’s nut butters. Must be something in the mountain air. Around here, we believe snacks should actually taste like the real thing. That’s why every jar of PistacYO is loaded with real California pistachios - no fake flavors, no palm oil, and definitely no neon green nonsense.
